Marissa Marcel: What’s the thing?

IMMORTALITY A trilogy that is interactive composed by Sam Barlow (creator of Her Story) which is known as “Immortality”. The ability to teleport from any location is the cinematic capabilities. Discover a stash of film footage from three of Marissa’s old films and explore decades worth of film’s history.

1968

Alan Fischer directs Ambrosio his adaptation of M. G. Lewis’ infamous Gothic novel The Monk. He casts unknown Marissa Marcel as the infamous Matilda.

1970

John Durick wrote Minsky, his thriller , with Marcel in mind. The story takes place on New York City and concerns the murder of an artistic. Marissa plays the role of the artist’s muse murdered.

1999

For his swansong, Durick teams up with Marcel once more as she comes back after a long absence. Two of Everything, a action thriller with a subversive message about the dual nature of a pop star and her role as a double, is named “Two of everything”.

These films never ever made. The thought was that the films were gone or destroyed. Until now.
