Isonzo Game Review

World War One has arrived in the mountains of the Italian Front – beautiful but equally deadly. Isonzo, inspired by the two-year war of World War One to conquer the Isonzo River Valley as well as the Alps elevated the WW1 Games Series both literally and metaphorically.

It is possible to play the brand new game mode Offensive , and you’ll be in the thick of historical assaults on the Italian Front. Take an attack through breathtaking Italian terrains, prepare for battle on dynamic battlefields or lead an attack across breathtaking Italian terrain.

All items are recreated using in-field research, such as the uniforms, as well as the massive arsenal of weapons. You can blow your opponents by using mortars, artillery and air-support, or even close to the enemy with a bayonet. Watch out for the dreaded poison gas…
