Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years in exile from Crossbell, is returning to the town he grew up in to fulfill the legacy left by his brother and to join the Crossbell Police Department. When he arrives, he discovers that the department has assigned him to Special Support Section. This is a section that handles minor and odd request. The team that he’s joining now includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who is womanizing) as well as Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Lloyd and his fellow colleagues carry on their fight for a better city, even if their organization is often ridiculed by media. However, as they go about their business, they slowly come face-to-face with the corrupt criminality that has engulfed their town.
